He was prompt, respectful and provided all of the services I requested and actually had time to complete a couple of unscheduled tasks.

My sister was in town to stay with my mother and supervise the improvements that Mike added. She said he did a fine job and added any other tasks she had on her list to the original list I gave her.

Mike came over two different times to do the work. He was prompt each time and worked steadily to complete each item on our list. He is easy to work with and knows what he is doing. We plan to have him back for additional work in the spring.

Mike did a great job. I will be calling him again.

Work was completed in about 5 hours and was done very well. He kept the area clean and cleaned up after he was finished. It works well and looks fine.

I purchased M&M Contracting's Big Deal of 3 hours of handyman services for $89.00. Mike is very easy to communicate with. Upon my purchase of his services, he followed up immediately by email. He arrived exactly on time. Mike was very personable, with a clean and neat appearance. I had him to install a chandelier-type ceiling light fixture including replacing the switch with a dimmer, he installed a towel bar in my powder room, and he replaced a GFCI outlet in a bathroom. He did a great job on all!!! I was so impressed, I have hired him for additional work (building shelves in a closet, hanging 2 more chandeliers, removing shelves from a bedroom wall and repairing the drywall). He returned twice more to do those jobs, always arriving exactly on time, and he did a fabulous job!!! I also referred him to a friend, and he did a great job for her. I will call Mike from now on for all my handyman needs. I highly recommend Mike Lynn and M&M Contracting!!!!

Mike performed the work as promised. He was punctual and professional. Had a mishap during wood rot repair and broke a window. Mike sourced a new window and worked with me on an amicable solution to replace the window.

It went very well and I will definitely call him again.

He arrived on time and quickly got to work on the crack in the wall.

They had originally told us they could do it for the $ we had paid. When they actually came to work, they didn't have the flashing needed, but told me it would still look nice when finished so, I told them to go ahead. After they were done, it looked terrible. Though not as noticeable, the rotted siding was still showing. It did not look professional at all.

Mike arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and reviewed my list of to-dos. He started on the gable vent and called me to let me know that he would need some trim for the vent and a spindle for the deck. I offered to pick them up and bring them to him while he worked on installing the two handrails, which would save his time fir making repairs instead of picking up items. He said that was ok. Mike did a great job on all three projects, and I was especially impressed on his replacement of the gable vent. Mike was courteous and professional.

He was VERY patient, returning again when the wrong size door was delivered, and remaining cheerful.

All the work was done very well, with the exception of the caulking in the kitchen. The material he chose didn't dry properly and had to be replaced, which he took care of on a return visit.

I bought an Angie's List "Big Deal" for three hours of handyman services. I contacted them, and I told them what I wanted to have done. The gentleman (Mike?) came, and we discussed in more detail what I work I wanted to have done. He had a few excuses on why he couldn't do some things because he didn't have the equipment (I had a slow moving drain and a door that sticks - I thought that those sounded handyman-ish). I had four doors that didn't close well, and he worked on those, and three of them still close pretty well. I had him replace flappers in both my toilets. He came downstairs and told me the upstairs toilet was running very slowly, but he didn't seem all that concerned, so I thought it was just that I have an old toilet that uses a lot of water. He didn't have me come look at it (my fault, I realize). Well, later I went upstairs and the toilet was running insanely slowly. I think it would have taken hours to completely fill up, which was not what it was doing before the repair. I emailed Mike, and he told me he could give me some names of some plumbers. Luckily, my father-in-law was in town. He googled the problem, went to the hardware store and spend about $2, and fixed the problem in a few minutes. No plumber needed. I was disappointed the handyman didn't think he should come take a look at it. Also, he was done in less than three hours, and when I asked him about using him for the full three hours, I paid for, he said it was "up to three hours" and appeared itching to leave.

Lead time was too long; like 3-4 weeks before he could get to my house. I suppose this is because he performs good work and is booked in advance.

The new railing system looks great!!! I really appreciated that he shared his ideas with me over email in advance because I didn't have any idea what options were out there. I was looking to repair but by the time we were done, it was repaired and it upgraded the look of my home.

He did do a couple of the other things on the list while he was out. He said that he couldn’t do the ceiling fan because he has to rent a ladder since he does not have the proper equipment to do so regularly. I purchased the coupon specifically to have the ceiling fan switched out and was just going to use the extra time for a few other tasks that were not as pressing. The coupon indicated that ceiling fan installation was one of the possible services and did not have anything relating to ceiling height in the fine print, so I feel that this coupon was a waste of money if I can’t have that service preformed. We also contacted him via phone before he came out and let him know that we wanted a ceiling fan installed at which time he said that would be fine and made no mention or question as to the ceiling height. I asked what we could do to resolve this matter and was told that there isn't anything we could do other than pay his regular rate and have another appointment in the future.

The service turned out well. He came out promptly and was easy to schedule with. He took care of a to do list and I would use him again in the future.

Mike was prompt in arrival and did great work on the things he could do. He was at the house a little over an hour and a half because I didn't have a ready list of other items to fill in the remainder of the time booked, when the plumbing items were dropped; that was poor planning on my part. I will have him back when I'm ready to move forward with more work.

He showed up on time and I had forgotten he was coming. He was patient waiting for us to get ready for him. I appreciated his kindness. Very neat, efficient. I would call him again.

Went great. The ceiling is very high so there was a very small upcharge, but was still very reasonable.

I had purchased the entire repair kit to fix a toliet which he installed but apparently never checked to see if it was working after installation. It would not flush so I opened the lid on the tank and there was not much water. I finally got a switch to fill the tank so I could flush it but still am having problems. He told me he could re-progam the garage door but it still does not work. He left more than 20 minutes early even though I had several more projects that would have only take five to ten minutes to fix. I guess he felt that he done what I had asked prior to coming out and was not going to do anything else!!

Was unable or didn't have knowledge to complete other needed plumbing needs. Took longer than expected, making final price above "coupon" cost. Had requested I get plumbing materials that weren't needed so had to return.

Mike arrived punctually and was very professional. He completed all the work I'd asked him to do very quickly and efficiently. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use Mike to do further work for me. I highly recommend him!
