We thought Michael did an excellent job! The painting was done professionally, and thorough. He caulked around several of the outside doors so air wouldn't come from the area, also. I picked up the weather stripping and paint to save time. We would definitely use Michael again.

He was punctual and very courteous. In the 2 hours, he did everything we wanted him to do. He installed a ceiling fan, a light, and fixed our deck sliding glass door, which was sticking. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy or experience, and we would definitely use him again.

He was unable to fix my timer for my outside lights and he was unable to fix the lamp in our workout room. I have to hire another handyman to complete the repairs.

The tasks that were actually performed were done fine. After 5 hours, he announced that hanging items on the wall amounted to "interior decorating"and hence were not in his line of work. and was, in essence, a waste of his valuabl time and skills. He additionally informed us that we were getting a 40% discount hence winding up at 5 hours seemed appropriate. Absolutely never someone who will be in my house again!!

I was extremely impressed with my all-round experience with Mike and his crew. Not only did he give me a reasonably priced estimate but the final cost came in under it! How many times does that happen? Not only did he arrive on time but he was early for the scheduled appointment! How many times does that happen? Mike was injured on the job and should've perhaps gone to the emergency room but he worked through it. Mike was extremely professional with everything that was done and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a contractor (and I could tell you some horror stories!). I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Mike.

Overall it went great - signed up for deal on Angies List & was able to get a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed around the house. There was time to spare and was asked several times if there was anything else that could be done. Wish there was because everything that had been done up to that point was excellent. Would definately recommend this company & will be using their services again in the future.

Handyman was polite, prompt, and responsive when setting up the appointment and performing the installation of the ceiling fan. However, our other ceiling fans are wired so that wall switch turns on/off the light without affecting the fan. In this installation, the wall switch must be on for either light or fan to be on. I suspect that installer made an error in wiring. It's been several months since the installation, I am not sure of the date of service.

Mike did a great job and the price was very reasonable for the services performed. We are already lining up more projects for him to complete.

I have used Mike several times for repairs as I get my house ready to sell. He is always prompt, does a good job completing the repairs, and cleans up so that you never knew he was even there. He does a great job and I would highly recommend him.

Professional, experienced handyman service. The job went very well and I was charged fair rates on the additional time required to complete the work. Window blinds and valance rails installed professionally. I should have asked for the instructions to be kept though so that I could shorten the blinds to fit the window. I will order more blinds for some other rooms and make sure I keep a set of instructions next time! Doors trimmed to prevent sticking in door frames. Can now close doors but trimming ripped off the veneer on doors in several places (some veneer ripped off from previous trimming as well). Next time I will take Mike's advice and replace doors and frames . . . after we have fixed our sinking basement! We needed to remove sheetrock ceiling and wall panels in our basement to see structural issues, etc which were out of view. This proved to be quite a major job and I was pleased that I had called in the pros. Several electrical junction boxes were uncovered during the excavation that should not have been covered at all. Thankfully nobody electrocuted and all pipes and wires remained intact! Lighting and switches repositioned to keep the basement functional. Most of the debris was disposed of the same day. They returned to dispose of the remaining bagged debris 4 days later. I will be asking Mike to return to fit more blinds and trim another door which was missed the first time.

Mike came to the house and was capable, quick, worked on multiple projects. All were done well. I would definitely recommend M&M !

Work was done in a very timely and with quality.

Overall I was satisfied however the one issue I wanted him to fix he didn't. He didn't fix a hookup to the refrigerator for water. He successfully got the hole drilled for the outlet for the water then went on to do the other work but then when he got done with the switches and outlets he told me time was up. I had to continually run out to the store to get things that he needed. He didn't work to completion on all the projects.

Mike arrived on time. He did a great job and the job was done very quickly. I plan to use him again.

Mike and Tim arrived when they said they would and worked steadily and professionally until jobs were finished. They are ultra-considerate and protected the house very well and cleaned up. I already have a new list of work for them and would recommend them.

M&M performed quality work with very little touch up to be done. Very impressive. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and left no mess. And... they can be trusted with your house keys.

Everything was fixed and has remained "fixed" to my satisfaction. The one thing that I definitely didn't appreciate was that Mike tracked mud onto my carpet. Still, I would use him again.

They were pretty good. They did it numerous times and they did a wonderful job. I had no problems whatsoever. They showed up when they were supposed to even though they were very busy. They worked me in and they cleared my driveway just fine. They did a good job. They were very, very reasonable. We just had two snowstorms and I tried to get hold of them numerous times and I can't get them to respond now. I would absolutely use them again.

I paid for a "Big Deal" to get a toilet installed. Had to pay M & M Contracting to come back out a second time and pay them an additional $70.00 because they didn't have a flange.

I scheduled 6 hours with Mike. In order to fit it into my schedule of ASAP, (after I had to cancel once) he said he would bring someone to help and fit it into a spot in his schedule only five days away - so it was two men for three hours. The main items were to install three new fluorescent fixtures in a drop ceiling in the kitchen, replace a hard wired smoke alarm, rehang a door to a laundry closet, fix bathroom outlets and clean the front gutters. They had time for a couple other items and finished in less than 2.5 hours. Mike graciously adjusted the price and I paid just less than $240.00 for labor and parts that included three fixtures and a smoke alarm ($90). They were professional, very nice, helpful and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very happy!

We engaged M&M Construction to do some handyman type work around the house. All went well and was completed quickly!
