They delivered very bad service. I purchased something via their website, and it was coming with a mail rebate, and technically, they give you 30 days to send the rebate. I sent it within the 30 days, but the last day that I sent it was a weekend, and so it left only the day after. I thought that a company of this size can do something when it is such a narrow case. Its not like I sent it 2 months after the deadline. They didn't try to help me at all. I was expecting a totally different approach. I got a better service from Amazon and other companies. They said that technically, because I didn't send it on time, they can't do anything. Technically they are right, and I said that I would never use them again. I bought this disk because of the refund of 60 Dollars. I delayed in sending them the forms, because they had this draconian rule where I had to look for documents and I was traveling so I wasn't here. I had to install it over the phone and many such conditions before I could send it. When I bought it, I didn't even use the anti virus, but they force you to and it was terrible, and it caused me problems on my computer and so I had to remove it. The condition set was that I must activate it before sending it. The answer I got was that I didn't send it on time, and I called tigerdirect, but to my surprise, they didn't help either. This was not the first time that I was dealing with them. They lost a customer who buys from them a few times a year.
