He actually fixed it up for free and put us on a monthly service plan so that it would never happen again. That was $250 work and he did it for free. There is a monthly service plan for a yearly payment of $244. He was very punctual, showed up right on time, and was very professional. He thoroughly explained everything and sent us a bill the following week in the mail. He did a really good job; he was a super nice guy. He had not serviced it for two years and they said they would fix it for free if we signed up for their service plan; that was shocking. We thought they would say since we did not get the annual service, they would not help us.
Description of Work: We used Schaefer Water Centers. They had originally installed the water softening system in our house three years ago and the part of the system that filters the drinking water was not working properly so they fixed that.
