Honest Junk Removal did an excellent job in all aspects of removing years of accummulated things from my residence. Their lead time of 2 weeks was reasonable and the price charged was accurately reflected in the telephone estimate of cost. The crew arrived on time as scheduled. The entire crew was clean, polite, and careful. The residence is a two story house with a very full basement. The stairwells have a turn at the midway point. The crew did not put so much a nick in any wall nor did they leave footprints anyway. I used this company two years ago with the same fine service. I offer an unqualified recommendation to use Honest Junk Removal when the need arises. This was some of the best money I've spent in a long time. John

This is actually the 4th time we have used them. They helped us clear our daughter's condo a year ago when sold. Within the last month we have needed their help twice. The service each time has been excellent and the price is quite reasonable.

They arrived on time and hauled a very heavy old big tv up stairs from the basement. They were great.

I found a coupon for Honest Junk Removal in the West County Journal weekly paper. The coupon was for $25 off a junk removal service. I called and told them what I needed and they quoted me a price of $150! This was HALF of what I had been quoted by Meridian Waste and College Hunks Hauling Junk. Since I am currently unemployed, I accepted their offer right away! The appointment was set for 8am this morning. By the time 8:30 rolled around, I called and they said they were running late due to one of the crew trucks being down. They arrived at 9:15, got right to work, and finished the job very quickly. They were dressed professionally - had on company shirts. Their truck and trailer were in good shape - didn't look junky or beat up. Both of the men on the crew, both of whom were the co=owners of the company were appropriately apologetic for being late, were warm and pleasant, and very professional. They stuck with their estimate of $150 and honored the $25 off coupon. I would DEFINITELY use this company again.
