+ -1 moreHis name is Derek. He's talky but, does a great job. He showed me different things that they installed incorrectly. He was very respectful and polite. He will drop everything and come out. I had a problem with my furnace and he told me what to do until he could get out here and fix it. I called him on a Saturday and he got out here on the following Monday. It was last winter when he fixed the heater. It took him all day long and he replaced somethings, so I felt it was a fair price. He put in a new thermostat. It's fixed now and I would call him again. I didn't have to have him come back.
Description of Work: Hengst Mechanical fixed my air conditioner, furnace, and thermostat.
