Clyde was the PROJECT MANAGER for this massive restoration. He did most of the work himself but he has a large network of other professionals to handle heading and cooling, roofing, plumbing issues. Clyde handled the coordination of all outside services needed and they answered directly to him.
Clyde is an excellent communicator and can point out the best way to fix, repair or custom build things. He keeps the client informed of all issues and there are no surprises on cost or outcome.
