+ -1 moreClyde was the PROJECT MANAGER for this massive restoration. He did most of the work himself but he has a large network of other professionals to handle heading and cooling, roofing, plumbing issues. Clyde handled the coordination of all outside services needed and they answered directly to him. Clyde is an excellent communicator and can point out the best way to fix, repair or custom build things. He keeps the client informed of all issues and there are no surprises on cost or outcome.
Description of Work: Carpenter: The finest finishing carpenter you'll ever find. Clyde specializes in restoration of quality homes and has an artist's eye for the finer details. He COMPLETELY restored a 3-story turn-of-the-century home for us and it is a showcase today. He is not cheap and it takes him time to do this kind of work. We are so grateful to have found him since for the past 25+ years he usually works by word-of-mouth referrals . For those new in the area with high-end, custom projects, this is the kind of finishing carpenter and PROJECT MANAGER one has to have. Painter: Detail painter. Total perfectionist. Not cheap and takes time! We had Clyde restore a turn-of-the-century home for us and it took an artist and perfectionist to do the painting he did on this project! With 25+ years of experience, Clyde is simply the best in this field.
