+ -1 moreHe is the worse. I would never recommend him to an enemy. No on else should be duped by them at all. His bid was competitive. With the terms of my loan he had to prove he was insured. He actually delayed the closing on my home two times. After some time he came back and said well I ran some more numbers and its going to be $3,000 more. This was all after contracts have been signed. He wouldn't call or return emails but would text me saying I will meet you, then never did. My house closing was delayed by almost 45 days. I had to get a lawyer to draft a document to state that he broke the contract. zero communication, changed the pricing after everything was signed.The bank was getting ready to give him half of the money. He was really great with all the bids and then everything went sideways.
