They were very punctual, diagnosed the problem, and made recommendation. Took several weeks as aerator had to be ordered.

The previous owners had them pump out the septic before my son and his fiance bought the house. We started having problems a couple of months later. Had a company come out. Said it didnt look like they had pumped it out, at least not the sludge. My son called them and whoever he spoke to said well if there wasnt a hose around that they could access then they dont. We have talked to other septic companys and it sounds like they all carry a hose with them . My sons fiance talked to the company and they said it would cost $45 for a supervisor to come out and look at it. We had a back up in the finished basement, had to rip up the carpet and pad. We moved in 4/30/14, the tank is full. It is a 1250 gal tank according to the records from the county . There are 3 people living in the house. we are totally frustrated with this company.

After installation, lawn was torn up and had to have landscapers use equipment to level yard and reseed grass. Drain field field failed in less than one year. Standing sewage in back yard, leading to code violation. After several attempts to repair over several years, service man stated that it had been installed incorrectly, but he was unable to repair the system. In 2013 we had to install a new drain field by another company at the cost of $9,550. We paid Septic Services $9,850 for a system that failed.

Septic Services got the job done in one day, and I'm satisfied with the work that was performed. However it took four months to get that one day of work out of them, and there was almost no communication regarding job status during those four months. I became very frustrated toward the end, which could have been avoided through regular status reports (afterall, I'd already paid for half the job, and didn't know what the hold-up was). But once the job was finally scheduled, it went like clockwork, and I'm not disapointed with the end result.

THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY MY SISTER. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DID NOT TARE UP THE LAWN ANYMORE THAN NEEDED. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB.

SEPTIC SERVICE WAS VERY FAST TO RESPOND TO OUR CALLS. THEY CAME OUT ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. IT WAS AN EMERGENCY AND THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE EMERGENCY SERVICE.
