+ -1 moref there was less than one I would rate Lakebrink's service a 0. I have been trying to get a bid and new unit in my mobile home for a year and finally this year I got the quotes. This was after many, many phone calls. Then they were going to send the papers so I could obtain financing and that was 2 months ago. I have been dealing with Andy and I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am now dealing with Jim's Heating and Cooling in Washington and they are much, much better and will have a new unit shortly.

+ -1 moreAndy came to the house looked over my existing HVAC system and told me he would give me a few options and pricing. A couple days later I was given a personalized book of my options with pricing as well as pricing for the removal of the old equipment. It was very professional and thorough. I met with Andy again at their shop, we finalized the details and scheduled an installation time. His crew showed up at the agreed upon time and got right to work. It took 2 days for the entire system to be replaced including some of the over 75 year old duct work. The finished work was a great improvement over the old stuff and the new duct work that was installed gave me more headroom in the basement. The day after the installation one of the service guys stopped by to show me how to use and maintain the new system and then a few days later they stopped by to check to make sure everything was operating properly. How cool is that! I could have gotten a cheaper unit else where but you get what you pay for and Lakebrink was more than worth the price.
Description of Work: I had a new heat pump and air conditioner unit installed. They also removed the old oil burning frunace from my basement.

Description of Work: LAKEBRINK HEATING & AC - Heating & A/C We used Lakebrink Heating & AC, in the summer of 2010, to do an annual check up on the furnace. I don't remember the cost.
