Jonathan & Kim Smith and their worker were on time, worked quickly, were professional, and charged reasonable rates. They took off old appliances and other items. They try to reuse or recycle as many of the items as possible so they are not put in a landfill. This is important to me. Example: The very old chest freezer was going to be turned into a grain bin because mice cannot get into it. I will be using J. Smith Builders, Inc. again.

Great service from beginning to end. I had a mountain of oddly-shaped furniture, home remodeling left-overs and just plain junk to dispose of. Kim called right away and explained what they would need to give me a quote on the project. The price was extremely competitive. And they were able to come out before Christmas to get rid of the mess for me before the holidays. I will definitely use them again.

Pleasant experience overall

Really nice man and his wife. She was so diligent in following up with my (I was scatter brained and kept changing my mind on what I needed them to haul). Honest pricing and hundreds cheaper than other places I called. They hauled a chopped up tree and lots of brush for us. Would definitely recommend and use again!!
