+ -1 moreI have used them before and they are very polite, neat, arrive on time, clean up after themselves, knowledgeable. I would always use them for the servicing if the water softener and the reverse osmosis purification system.
Description of Work: Changed the filter on my reverse osmosis purification system, brought in more potassium salts, checked the water softener, and changed the diaphragm on the RO system.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE AND INSTALLATION WAS TOP NOTCH! KAREN WAS PROMPT, AND THOROUGH. SHE DID NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL ME MORE THAN I NEEDED. THE INSTALLATION WAS WITHIN TWO DAYS AND TIM, THE INSTALLER WAS CLEAN, COURTEOUS, AND LEFT THE INSTALLATION SITE IN PERFECT CONDITION. THERE WAS A LOT OF FIGURING OUT TO MAKE THIS WORK WITH OLDER AND EXISTING PLUMBING, BUT IT WAS DONE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. GREAT JOB!

+ -1 moreWE MET KAREN MOORE WITH HAGUE QUALITY WATER AT THE SPRING 2005 ST. LOUIS HOME SHOW. KAREN VISITED OUR NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOME, TESTED THE WATER, AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE BEST WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR US (I HAVE KIDNEY STONES AND HAVE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT I DRINK). KAREN WAS FRIENDLY AND NOT THE LEAST BIT PUSHY (SHE DIDN'T PRESS US TO BUY A WATER SOFTENER OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT). TIM THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP AS KAREN PROMISED, ON TIME AND READY TO WORK. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT, LEAVING US WITH DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM. OVERALL, WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE HAGUE TEAM. WE ARE ALSO DELIGHTED THAT WHEN WE MOVE FROM THIS HOUSE, WE CAN TAKE THE SYSTEM WITH US.
