Description of Work: We had Get'er Done Tree Service trim our three large birch trees that were hanging on our neighbor's roof. They were very careful to protect the house while trimming. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Nothing. Called for emergency service. Showed up p***** off for some reason. Smelled booze. Gave me a $2200 bid for next day. In a spot so I said ok. I....had a heart attack the following morning. Called him to tell him so and he bitched me out for cancelling. Over weekend my wife called another company to come out and they did an excellent job for half the price.

Description of Work: He had to come out a second time because everything wasn't completed the first time. I agreed to pay an extra $50 for him to come back out. After a couple of months and numerous calls to remind him he showed up several hours late. Then he wanted me to pay more than the agreed to extra amount. He had a car load of guys standing in my yard that could have taken down the two branches in the time he argued price with me. He was very rude and kept calling me lady. He refused to do the work because I didn't want to pay more than the $50 agreed to extra amount. It was an awful experience and he was extremely disrespectful.

Description of Work: Cleared limbs away from home,removed lower level and dead limbs from several trees then removed tops of three dead trees while being careful not to damage a tree house supported by the trees being lowered. Work also included clean up. All work was completed professionally with crew supervision on site at all times.
