they never finished my house. then demanded payment. all i asked was to finish the house and they would receive the payment. i would never use them.

Feth Construction installed a bathroom in our basement and we couldn't be happier. Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us to stay within our budget and brought up details I hadn't thought of. Their workmanship is great and you can tell they take great pride in their work and I would certainly use them for future projects.

Tim built a covered pergola over our back patio and repaired a sinking back door. We love it. I showed him my ideas and he built exactly what we wanted. He even put up with my ideas/changes as he was working on the project. He worked with us and our budget. Work area was left spotless. Quality work.

Feth Construction was very professional, very personable and very understanding throughout our months long project. Tim and Matt also worked very **** ** our final designs for the project. The project started as promised and they worked tirelessly and almost exclusively on it. One of the many impressive things about them was they even worked outside in subfreezing temperatures for multiple days in a row. Another impressive thing about Feth Construction was the written estimate. Yes we were over budget but that was because of the add-ons, which were numerous, and upgrades we wanted. Even with those, we were impressed with how they worked within that budget. Working with Feth Construction it was refreshing to have a general contractor with such integrity and work ethic. Having such a large project it was expected to have a couple of hiccups. They handled those well, with understanding and with reason. There was a minor issue a month or two after the completion of the project. Tim answered the phone on what seemed to be the first ring and was out here the very next day. Feth Construction also provided top notch sub contractors. The only reason I gave a B (B+ would be more accurate) for quality because I would have liked them to be far more selective with the lumber they used. I do not blame this on them because I believed it to be more of an issue from the lumber yard. I have recommended them to family and friends and Feth Construction will be top of the list for our next project.
