+ -1 moreHe was very prompt in coming after I called him. He inspected the damage that was done by another company (actually 2 companies .... long story) on Saturday and installed the new A/C on Monday. So far, so good! He called the following Friday just to check that things were OK and to inform me that he was going out of town in case I had more problems. Thanks Stacey, you were a life saver!

+ -1 moreMy furnace quit working out in my shop where I have over 35 people on one night and 15 people on another night on the Christmas holiday break, and over 50 on New Years Eve. I called Gossett at 5:00 pm and he made a special trip out and found a bad board on my furnace and an outdated thermostat that was not functioning properly. The next day he came back and installed the parts and even seen a problem with the exhaust pipe and fixed it also. He did a full check on the rest of the system and offered to check out everything in my house also for nothing. Christmas was saved and it works better than it ever did.
Description of Work: He came out and diagnosed a problem with my gas furnace. He had to get the part the next day an came back and installed it.

Description of Work: I used Stacey Gossett for heating and cooling. When I built my house, he put in my furnace and air conditioning.
