Description of Work: Heat pump system into our house.

Description of Work: Installed heating and air system in new home. Jan 2014.

Description of Work: We have used this company 3 times in the last 5 years. The first two were for the a/c problems with the temps in the90's, each time we were given approx time of arrival, both times were right on ,and they gave us an estimate each time and both were very close to the final bill. This last call was for heating problem with the coldest day of the season so far, I called approx 730am on 12--21-12,said they could be there between 9-10am. The serviceman was here at 930am and asked what the problem was.I explained that we shut the furnace off night before because of a smell coming through the ducts that smelled like burning wire.He went downstairs and gave the furnace a going over and told me that all the spects were in order for this furnace.He had me turn it back on ,and sure enough there was still an smell coming out, but not as strong as before.He explained what the problem was(something got through the filter and laid on the burner).I had just hanged the filter 2 days before,could have been I didn't get all the wrapping off the filter.He told me to run the furnace and if the smell didn't go away he would come back latter..He billed me for service call and that was all.It turned out smell went away and what he explained was right.He was very professional through it all. They are first on our speed dial.
