+ -1 moreEveryone was smart and kind and easy to communicate with. The installers arrived on time, and worked steadily to complete the job to all of our satisfaction. Experienced and professional. Although the installers encountered problems with our old steal insert, they solved them and went on to carefully install the new unit. They also helped us understand how to temper the insert to extend its life. Now we have fire.
Description of Work: Hecklers has a wide variety of choices for someone trying to figure out if they want a fireplace insert--gas or wood. Matt helped us select one that would be efficient in our house and pleasing to the eye. More to the point, Heckler's bid was 2/3 the local fireplace vendor and 1/2 what retailers in St. Louis would have charged.
