+ -1 moreThey came to replace my roof and I ended up having to get it repaired by another roofing company less than 2 years later. They did come out once and said it was "fixed" but it obviously was not as it caused damage to the interior of my home due to leaks. They've not responded to any calls or emails to repair the damage caused to the inside of the home. They did not even acknowledge that I had to have another roofing company come and repair their work on the "new" roof they installed improperly. I would NOT recommend them. Their bid may come in low but it is reflective of the quality of work they do. I can speak to this first hand and know may other former customers who feel the same way. I wish I would have known this before I had them come to do work on my home.

Description of Work: Stripped off old roof. Replaced 5 deteriorating plywood roof sections . Installed architectural shingles over entire roof and reattach blown down gutter downspouts. All in one day.

+ -1 moreI never received a formal bill. One of the reps came out and gave an estimate. I was pleased with the estimate because they drove about 30 minutes out of the way at the home where I was staying at. They left a huge palette of shingles in my yard for a week. I called owner twice to get this palette removed. My insurance company called me because the company was trying to get more money out of them. I still have yet to hear from them. I was beside myself that they sent me a review form.
Description of Work: They did some roofing work for me. After a storm, I had several shingles missing. They replaced the whole roof.

+ -1 moreI responded to a mailing for a quote on a roof replacement for our house. I was favorably impressed with the personal impression of the estimator, however I learned later he did not keep his word in submitting a detailed proposal or even the timeliness of doing so. Finally when I did call a third time a wholly inadequate and insulting proposal was mailed. The first page detailed my obligation and the legal penalty for failure to meet them. This before any specifics of the work to be performed. Such detail was scant to say the least. This may be a good contractor but not a good business.

+ -1 moreI had hail damage and filed a claim with my insurance and called in Kieth Myers to help me out. As soon as the rain let up in my area he came in and got it done. Even though it was a sunday. I would highly recommend these guys for any home repair. They are easy to get ahold of and work with you to keep cost down.

+ 2 moreOverall..... The service was amazing! Efficient, Friendly, No hidden fees, they even tried to work with my insurance company so I could get my deductible back. Overall I was very impressed with the entire job.
Description of Work: I hired Myers Select Homes to do a complete roof replacement. I live in a duplex and have a couple of sky lights that I was concerned that would raise the prices. I called Keith -the manager and owner of the company- to come and do an estimate. He was there later that same day! After checking my roof he gave me an estimate with different options and once I hired him. It only took him 3 days to get there to do the roof. And that was only bc the materials took that long to get delivered. They arrived around 8am and were finished approx. @ 3pm. I could not have asked for faster or friendlier service. I would recommend them to anyone. I will eventually remodel my basement and plan on hiring Myers Select Homes to complete that job for me as well. I will let you know how that goes!!!
