Hello, I scheduled a move-out cleaning two weeks before my move-out. I received a text message at 10:30 pm on a Sunday asking to verify the scheduled date and time. Very unprofessional! Once I confirmed my date, which was the coming Friday@9am. th Shelia responded,”How early did u want me to come? Cause I really need to switch to Thursday instead of friday”. I explained to her that I am scheduled to move out on a Friday, and her response was, “What all was u wanting cleaned again? ATP, I stopped texting because we had already discussed this when she scheduled my appointment two weeks ago. I move in four days, and I’m back to searching for another move-out cleaner. The company is very unprofessional and not dependable. I would not recommend them!!
