Provider was used because the contractor working on our home used him. Unfortunately, we are stuck with his sub-par installation. Provider does not stand behind his work, is unprofessional and does not believe in timely responses. As an example, he attempted to charge a "trip" charge for equipment he did not install correctly. First time he came out took almost three weeks to get here, the second time almost two weeks. He didn't want to come to our house because I called him out on the ridiculous trip and labor charges. Keep in mind this is a brand new Lift Master installed less than six months ago. Provider clearly has no iidea how to properly install and service this brand. I could go on, but, I feel anyone who reads this review will get the idea. Please use a professional and reputable garage door installer!
