Service guys came out were there for 1p mins and said we needed a new pump and would be about $500. They did not have replacement pump with them and would have to come back to replace. Called next morning set appt for following day. Later the service manager called and gave the final quote that increased to closer to $800 plus an additional $125 for another service call, even though didn't have the new pump the first time and would have to come back. Explained that we didn't think that was fair so he said would call back next morning. We called them 3x's the day of the appointment and no one could confirm when they were coming or that they were still out to lunch. They then at about 3 said they were not going to be abke to come out at all and not sure when they could. They had bumped my appt. We were very upset finally my husband got a hold of the service manager and he said he was working on it and would call back..never called. Will never use this company again!

They are quite good. He did well with it. I like their punctuality and professionalism. They told you how much it was going to be before they started. They did a good job.

The young man was so kind. He did not charge me and said if I had any more questions to call him back.

Part cost was inflated, and the final billing hours were also inflated. Make sure you are home to verify when they arrive and leave. Also be sure they bring a work order PRIOR to doing the work. No one provided us with any information. Quote was $1200, final cost was closer to $3500. Needless to say we complained and they worked with us, but the extra charges were a definite surprise. Flynn also owns Mudd drilling and Missouri drilling services so getting a quote from either of those companies is a waste of time.

Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable, polite and considerate service personnel. They didn't mind taking off their shoes to go down to the basement and did not let the storm door slam shut once during their entering and exiting of my home. Gladly answered all my question. I was happy with their service and would feel comfortable using them again for any well or pump matters. It was an unexpected expense and I was informed that I could call the office once I received my bill to talk about paying in payments. I did call the office and they were very understanding and allowed me to pay in two payments. I was very thankful for this.

Well down in afternoon, no water. Called Flynn, came out quickly and did diagnosis. Needed to pull well pump. Came back first thing next morning and pulled pump, replaced pump, wire. Asked them to do some interior plumbing while they were here, pressure switch, gauge, main shutoff, replumb with modern parts, did it no problem. Excellent service, promptness.
