My phone call was answered promptly and the woman who answered was kind, helpful, and very professional (sorry, I didn't catch her name)! They were able to squeeze in a visit for an estimate the same day. When Steve got to my house, he put on his shoes covers and went right to work looking in the ducts and the furnace for any signs/ smells indicating a problem. He couldn't find anything. He told me that the ducts looked very clean overall and we didn't even need to get them cleaned at this time. I appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and excellent service. Ductz will be my first call next time we need service!

It was a great experience! Steve came out and gave us a bid on both of our AC/Heating systems...We moved into a house that previously had pets and there was a distinct smell of cats...The bid was priced at a rate that was completely in line with the patent system that they use...Matt and Stuart were our techs and they did a suburb job...Walked the house to map out the order of floors that would be done first and each one thereafter...They explained the process, were so professional and cleaned up absolutely everything...I have high recommendations for the owner, office manager, Matt and Stewart in addition to other employees who work here...I would encourage any member on Angie's List looking for air duct cleaning to use Ductz and you will be astonished by the services they provide.

I had a new heater/air conditioning unit installed; I asked Ronana, of Kelly Heating & Cooling, who he would recommend for cleaning the ducts of my home. Without hesitation, Ronan said, "Ductz." I called Ductz to make an appointment, she offered to have someone come to give me an estimate. I said, "No, just send them. Kelly Heating & Cooling recommended you & you have high marks on Angie's List. That's enough for me!" Matt & Cody arrived at the condo a little before the appointed time... Punctual! They did a walk through the house to see where all the ducts were, then got to work. Both of them were professional, friendly, and hard working. There was a duct located under a desk that had my computer on it; I thought that was going to be a concern. Nope! They worked around it without a problem! It was estimated that it would take them 3 hours to do the work... And they completed the job with 15 minutes to spare. I highly recommend this company for duct cleaning & dryer vent cleaning. The air in my home now smells very fresh!!!

Absolutely perfect. The house is over 100 years old and we're pretty sure the duct work has never been cleaned before. The pictures spoke for themselves.

Patty showed up a few minutes early, was very friendly and professional. She took photos of the inside of the ducts to show us the situation. We agreed that our rodent problem was not inside the ducts and that duct- cleaning should wait till all other work was finished. She also gave us advice on the state of our heating/cooling system.

The woman who owns Ductz is great to meet. talk to and work with. She works all over west St. Louis County so chances are she will be very familiar with your furnace duct work. We really like meeting her, and her crew was very professional and thorough.

Company crew was professional and courteous and spent most of the day doing the work. Very satisfied with end product and all work areas were left tidy.

This company was an unmitigated and utter disaster. I very much liked the owner, Patty Clisham, and I trusted her after having spent a good bit of time talking with her, especially after she told me that Chris Nagus from channel 2 news had utilized her company to check up on companies engaged in duct cleaning scams in this area (I never could find her company mentioned on KTVI, however.) Still, based on that conversation, I hired her company to clean out my ducts and vents. I had just had a brand new furnace intalled 2 days before I hired her company to do this job, so I knew that the furnace, itself, was pristine. I was hoping that the dust levels in my house would go down considerably after I had this service. Instead, they increased tremendously, and I cannot keep dust off of my furniture any more, no matter how hard I try and even if I clean it all EVERY single day. But, FAR worse was the actual service. Although the crew, which consists of her husband and another guy, arrived on time, they were like bulls in a china shop in my home. They did not wear covers on their shoes, resulting in them tracking leaves and other yard debris into every room of my home. They made a huge mess every single place they worked, leaving vent "stuff" on my floor, carpeting, and everywhere else, including in the basement, which floor I had just one week before swept and scrubbed on my hands and knees. Moreover, they did damage almost everywhere they worked. They put a hole in the wall in my hallway, just below the cold air return, which will require repairing, plastering, and painting. They did damage to the foil and velvet flocked wallpaper on the wall in my entry foyer (where there is another cold air return), which will require much money to replace. They chipped big patches of white paint off of my bedroom wall, just above the floor vent, and I had those white paint chips all over my red plush bedroom carpet from that. That wall damage will also require a lot of repair costs and yet more workmen in my home. They knocked things over directly beneath a vent in my basement - and just left them knocked over, tumbled onto the floor - even though I had just straightened out and stacked neatly everything in that storage area. Plus, everything in that storage area and the rest of my basement was covered with a thick film of dust, which I had to spend hours and hours cleaning AGAIN. I have a built-in bar in my basement, which top had been covered with a heavy cloth since 1996 and not used since then. When I had scrubbed out my basement and discarded many things over the preceding summer months, I finally uncovered that bar top and polished it. It was like new. This crew badly scratched the top of that bar in several places, and they left vent lint and heavy dust all over it. (One of the vents is directly above that bar top.) The worst thing was that the younger worker was wearing a hoodie as he worked, and the tie from one side of it caught onto a cherry red, blown glass, antique footed pitcher with a clear, twisted glass stopper, causing it to crash on to their machine and break into a great many pieces. That glass piece was given to me by my beloved, recently deceased mother. Neither can be replaced. Although the guy who broke that piece called the owner and reported to her of the destruction of the picther, I was never able to make an appointment with her, despite several tries, to have her insurance company pay for all the damage her workers had done. I sent her at least 1 or 2 e-mails and left messages for her to set up an appointment to discuss them. (I had to cancel one appointment because of illness, but she canceled the others and never made another.) I let her know that they had done damage in many places throughout my home, in almost every place they had been, and i took photos immediately of the damage thay had done. She initially responded and said that she was very sorry that I had sustained damage, but to date, I have had no further contact from her, and no attempts been made to discuss these damages. Worse yet (as if it could get any worse), right after my furnace guys installed my new furnace, I installed a new furnace filter in my furnace. (I had bought 5 or 6 at the store before they finished installing my new furnace, and I had them sitting just outside my laundry room on a chair.) That was 2 days before this company cleaned out my ducts. I still had the packaging from that filter in the wastecan in my laundry room when this cleaning crew was in my house. After the crew cleaned out my ducts, one of the workers told me that he had put a new furnace filter into my furnace, because the "old one" was all black! I looked at the "old" filter, which I had just installed 2 days before, and it was absolutely and thoroughly black. I have never seen a filter so filthy in my life - and it was NOT like that when I put it in after the new furnace was installed, 2 days before (so the furnace guys didn't cause that filth). If my ducts and vents had been cleaned, how could my new, 2-day-old filter have become so coal black? WAS it the new furnace filter I had just installed? Who knows. I know that furnace filters should never have to be changed every 2 days. Since they were here, my furnace filters get much dirtier than they ever have, and i have to change them constantly - FAR more frequently than every 3 months, that is recommended and than I used to do. I have no idea what they did to my home or to my system, but I can't keep it clean, now. I would NEVER, EVER allow this cleaning crew into my home again. They are very destructive and careless and take no precautions to protect your furniture or your property, including your antiques. They leave a huge mess behind that will take you a long time to clean, and they won't tell you of damage they caused unless you hear a loud crash, and they can't hide that. I had to discover all the damage they did and the filth they left behind on my own, as I inspected my home after they left. They simply do not know how - or don't care to know how - to treat other people's property. You will be cleaning your house much more often than you ever had to, and dust will settle everywhere, while you spend yout days looking for repair people to repair all the damage they did to your home and your belongings. I wish someone had told me about this company before I hired them. I wouldn't be sitting here with so much damage and such a mess to clean. DON'T HIRE!

The work took all day due to the large number of ducts and wall plates. Furnishings had to be moved around to get to places.The workers arrived promptly and dedicated themselves to doing a great job. They were considerate of my pets and the household in general. They were clean and left everything as it was when they arrived. They also discovered a critical situation inside my heating system and assisted me in contacting my heating and cooling contractor to get this addressed. I was very happy with the work and I also appreciated that there were no chemicals used in the process of getting all the dust and debris from the duct system. Very professional company.

The company was recommended by our furnace company. We looked at their website and reviews on Angie's List. We also found a video clip of an interview they did with one of the local TV news stations regarding fraud in this industry. When we contacted them, the owner promptly returned our email and scheduled an appointment. She met with us and provided a written quote and explained very clearly and thoroughly exactly what they would do and what we should expect. Her team arrived promptly and performed the service. They were also very professional...completed their work without any problems or mess in our house. We have been pleased with the results and would recommend them.

We just purchased our home and when we had our house painted, our painter took down the hall return vents and notice that the ducts were very dirty, he asked if we could step up on the ladder and take a look. To our surprise they were caked with dirt! Our home is 46 years old and I'm sure the air ducts have never been cleaned. We decided to have them cleaned. They came and gave us an estimate, (I thought the price was high) but to get rid of what was in the vents it was worth it. They came 1 week later and took their time to explain everything they were going to do and took pictures of every duct before and after. It took about 3 1/2 hours to complete the work, they were very professional and cleaned up nicely. I would definately use them again. Well worth the money to breath cleaner air.

This was the first time we had our ducting cleaned. The house is 46 years old and we had recently installed a new HVAC unit with a high effeciency air cleaner. We were still seeing what we thought was a lot of dust. The HVAC people recommended duct cleaning. The owner came out and quoted, pricing is based on theumber of ducts, simple and straight forward. The two technicians were nice guys, quick and professional. They take photos of the entire system, before and after. After onw week it appears this has significantly reduced the dust loading.

Initially had the owner come to inspect and give estimate. She also checked other ducts in the house, also furnaces.On separate date the workers came to fix the ducts in the attic. The whole experience was very professional and we will use them again when we have our ducts cleaned.

When I called them, a person answered the phone. They were very prompt in coming out and giving me a bid. The actual owner came out. They arrived on time, when they said they would be here. They did the work very professionally. They were clean when they were doing it. They really took their time. I would highly recommend them.

We've never had this service performed before, so wasn't sure what to expect. They explained the process to us, what the equipment was as they carried it in. They took photos of before and after - often showing us the pics immediately after taking them (I'm confident I was looking at my vents; not someone else's!). They were on time, professional and courteous; friendly without being obnoxiously so (they didn't waste any of our time). They took the time to show us some things the pervious owner had done to the duct work that we hadn't noticed before, and probably wouldn't have, so we're very grateful for that. In the week since having this done, several different family members and friends we talked to told us they had used other contractors for similiar service and they believed we received a good/fair price for our size house.

I had noticed an odor coming from my dryer. After pulling out the dryer and finding nothing I thought I should get my dryer vent cleaned out. I decided to get all my air ducts in my home cleaned along with my dryer vent. I called Ductz for the first time and Mark came within a day to give me an estimate. He was a very nice man. I was scheduled within 2 days, the workers showed up right on time and went right to work. They found a birds nest in my dryer vent, showed me with their camera and cleaned it out of the vent. No birds found. They cleaned all the air ducts in my home, answered questions I had and cleaned up like they were never there. I have already recommended Ductz to friends and will definitely use them again when necessary.

It was expensive, but we had a lot of ducts. I don’t know if that might be the going rate, I didn’t price other ones. They were a little on the expensive side, but other than that they were first class. They had excellent personnel, and they were clean and organized. They did everything they said they would do, and they acted very professionally. I don’t know about the price as I don’t know the competitive prices, I would say that they were pricey, but I wasn’t unhappy.

Contracted Ductz to do the work and the two man crew showed up on time on the agreed date. They took precautions to protect the floors, walls and molding and were very personable, knowledgable and efficient. They performed all work bid (remove mold, clean all ducts and remove, clean and replace blower assembly). They also fogged the system for any other mold. System was restored and up and running in the approximate time they estimated. Very pleased with the experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
