Daniel was surprised when I called him. He does not actively seek work and only uses this to fill gaps when his day job is slow. He told me he gets 2-3 jobs a year from Angies List. He gave me a verbal estimate only and wanted to do the installation the upcoming weekend. I needed time to get balance of materials and finish some finish details. I called him a few weeks later and left a message telling him I was ready. I received no response. I left several additional messages over a period of weeks with no response to any of them.

It was a good experience--we are satisfied.

He just does a quality job at a very good price. When we first moved into our house two years ago in May, we’d had him come in to do a small job. He did such a good job that we ended up replacing all the flooring on the whole first floor. He did all of that. We had him come back and do the basement. He stands behind his work. He has a year warranty; if anything at all happens he comes back and fixes it. He just really does a good quality job. I would definitely use his services again in the future.
