CUSTOM DISPOSAL

I went 3 weeks straight with no trash pick up. I called the business and was told that the trash doesnt get picked up it the weather is bad. One week the weather was bad the other 2 weeks it was not. I asked if they could pick up on a non scheduled day and they said, no. I threatened to go to another trash company and they told me that was fine. go ahead. I asked for credit for service and the employee yelled she would give me credit and hung up. This is the worst service and I wont be back and dont recommend it to any one.

Used this company for about 17 months. Moved to a new location, was told that they do not have the resources to move my tote so I had to do it myself. Three weeks in a row at my new location the driver only took half of my trash. Each week I called in and as told that it would be resolved by sending the driver back out and that they had no idea why this would happen. Asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that they only pick up two cans, which is news to me as I have a large family and have always been able to put all my cans out. I was then told that the company could not afford to pick up my trash as they were a small establishment. The supervisor was argumentative and had no accountability for the mistake they made. I was then told to find another provider. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
