Description of Work: Repaired dish washer

Description of Work: I called action appliance on 7/2/12 because my refridgerator was not working. I was told because of the holiday it would be Thurs or Friday before anyone could come out. I received a call from a serviceman on Thursday that he would come take a look. I told him my son would be there but I was at work. He called to let me know the motor was out and would cost under $200.00 for everything including a one time service charge. I asked if I could pay the service charge today by check and let him know after speaking with my husband about the rest. He said that was fine. I called him later that afternoon and told him to go ahead and order the part and please fix it. He told me it would take a few days to order and he would let me know when it was in. I did not hear back from him until the following Fri. He left a message around 12. I called back within 20 minutes and he never returned my call. I tried back several times. On Sat I tried calling the main office and the acted like they never heard of me and rudely informed me it was the weekend. Having 6 kids and a husband who drives OTR I was becoming frustraded without a fridge. Monday I finally heard back from the serviceman. He was able to come and fix it. When I returned home my son informed me he had written the check for $209.00. I called the serviceman who claimed to have forgotten he already charged me a service charge. He would check on it and get back with me. I did not hear back from him. When I called the office I was told to call back the next day because nobody was in that could help me. The next day the same man answered and told me he checked and they did charge me twice by mistake. They would refund my money. I have called several times and still have not received my money.
