+ -1 moreI called him on 8/11 as the fan in my heat pump does not turn on. He asked if I would be home on 8/12 and I stated I would stay home all day. Cancelled Dr's appointment for save to help with an outbreak of Shingles. They really hurt yet I need the AC working as it was 87 in my house today and will be back in the 90's by the end of the week. They never showed up and did not even have the common courtesy to call to let me know what is going on. Called another company who will show up on 8/13. After giving good reviews to this company last year, will never use again. Good luck.

+ -1 moreMy heat pump was running all the time on "Aux Heat" all the time. Refilled missing coolant in the unit and now it works a lot better.

Description of Work: I got Curtis name from a previous customer. I had never met Curtis my self until the day he came to give me a estimate. He was so professional and honest with me. I decided to give him the job . He ordered the parts that day. He came out the next day and installed my new central unit. My daughter was in the hospital. I told Curtis. Curtis you are on your own. I have to go over to the hospital. I left my door unlocked for him. When I came home the central unit was in. The work area was all clean. I was so pleased. I would highly recommend Curtis Bennett.
