Description of Work: Katie did an outstanding job helping me find tile to match my countertop. We ended up finding a perfect match, delivery to the store was quick, and upon their arrival, she wheeled the heavy materials to and into the car. Ordering additional materials for a design change was handled efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend The Tile Store to anyone in need of a great tile selection and outstanding service.

+ -1 moreProfessional sales associate, good listening skills. Discovered that tile sample I selected after taking it home was no longer available. The better if would have been to learn that before leaving the store with samples.

+ -1 moreThe woman who helped us, Stephanie, was really helpful and worked within our price range and she was really professional, she knew what she was doing, she was creative, and she really was good at the tile shop.
Description of Work: I got tiles and backsplash from The Tile Shop about a month ago. They are going to do our backsplash. They kind of went over what they're going to do for us.
