Summit Natural Gas

,After the HVAC company installed the conversion kit, changing over from propane to natural gas, our furnace started not working right. After nearly a month of different people coming out, from the HVAC company AND the Summit they THOUGHT they'd found the problem. The HVAC company changed the board & ignitor, $300.00, that worked for 4 days. Summit sent out a tech, he was nearly clueless about furnaces & couldn't find the problem. So tech from HVAC co came out again. Switched 2 wires on gas valve, furnace worked for 2 days. Then HVAC co said Summit would need to find & fix the problem. Summit sent out a MANAGER & he thought he found the problem but said he'd HAVE to come back the next morning. 3 men showed up close to noon. They came determined to fix it. After about an hour, & trying several different things, my step father AGAIN suggested they check ground wires. This time they listened & found the wire to the gas pressure valve wasn't connected. So far the furnace has worked for 2 days. Summit was very nice & cooperative, they wanted to make it right but took nearly month! We have stayed with natural gas & will stay with them unless the trouble persists. Our furnace worked great on propane.
