Actual thermostat installation service went fine made them my vendor in ecobee portal for future assistance. However Jan 2016 had issue when I was away from property and tried to call and schedule a checkup to see what the problem was. Call was never returned. Tried contacting the, through their website and never heard from them. Glad I wasn't actually at property in need of assistance has my house dropped down below 45 degrees...

Nathan and his team were extremely professional. Delivered everything they promised and quicker and more cost effective than estimated. We had a special order unit he DELIVERED. Found exactly what we needed and made it possible for us to eliminate the existing baseboard electric heat. He even went to the effort of replacing a return air vent that was on our list and quot;to doand quot;! Saving my husband and I the time. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves and I can confidently say that we have found our heating and cooling representatives at the Lake of the Ozarks. I would refer them to anyone who asks and I believe that the rest of our family and friend that have homes at the lake will be using Peterson Heating and Cooling.

Nathan knows HVAC. He is honest and does what he says he will do. He shows up when he promises and installs top quality HVAC equipment. The Daikin and quot;suitcaseand quot; arrived at Peterson's shop with a small cosmetic dent from the shipping company. Nathan sent it back to the manufacturer and insisted a new unit be sent out within a few days. He really takes pride in his work and takes the time to educate the customer. The new unit has greatly reduced the time my central AC is running.
