Jeff & His team weâ re great work with, we have used them for two different projects and have been pleased with the results. We had a minor follow up item that they promptly responded to and addressed! So nice to have a professional company on the West side that shows up when they say they will and does great work!

Jeff was good to work with. We had a small issue with being able to get materials initially ( shortage of lumber). His construction foreman was knowledgable and easy to work with. The quality of work was excellent with regards to the deck and concrete work. Overall this was a very good experience. While the job took a little longer to complete than anticipated (no fault of theirs) I would highly recommend their services.

They are very special people, very friendly, very professional, very forthcoming, they want you to be happy and it shows from the begining of service to the end. I would hire them 10X over. Great company, I recommend and will tell everyone I know about them and I will be using them again. Thank you Jeffrey

We have an appointment scheduled for a quote. I drove three hours to get to the property for that appointment and they never showed up and did not call.

MidSouth lead carpenter Joe did an outstanding job on our stairs. Jeff had my decks and dock stained by Michael, who also did an outstanding job. Overall Jeffâ crew was on time and completed this project on time.

I retained Jeff s company for a second project following an initial positive experience on another project. I found Jeff fairly responsive by e-mail, but his crew was on the job in a timely manner. His lead carpenter Joe has excellent skills. I am very particular about details but was very satisfied with the outcome of both projects. I found Jeff s fees to be fairly steep as compared to other lake area contractors, but if you want to work with a company which is reliable, trustworthy, timely and produces excellent work, I recommend you contact MidSouth.

Jeff came out to look at the project and said he would be back with his top man, but he never showed up again. I tried several times to call him and he would not return my calls or texts. I even called his home and left a message with his girlfriend, and he would not return my call. We had be acquaintances and thought he would do right by us but I guess that does not mean anything anymore. I am very disappointed in Jeff and his company and will never call on him again. I will also be contacting the BBB and any other company he is associated with.

repairs went smoothly and done on time.

Tried using Home Advisor on Nov. 5th and was contacted quickly by Jeff. Jeff came out on the 6th to look over the situation - even made a trip back to bring the color chit to match to our siding. Promised to get back to us the next day with the figures. After 5 days of not hearing from him, I emailed him. No response. Waited a couple of days and emailed again. No response. Have since called twice and left a message each time. Still no response. It is now the 19th and still no response. This is the main reason that we tried Home Advisor. Many contractors in this area promise to get back to you and you never hear from them again. No difference with this one. What a disappointment. Reported this poor performance to Home Advisor. We wasted valuable time waiting for a response from him. If he didn't want the job he should have just told said so. Now the weather is getting worse - I may have to just put a tarp on my roof and wait until Spring.
