Jeff & His team weâ re great work with, we have used them for two different projects and have been pleased with the results. We had a minor follow up item that they promptly responded to and addressed! So nice to have a professional company on the West side that shows up when they say they will and does great work!

Jeff was good to work with. We had a small issue with being able to get materials initially ( shortage of lumber). His construction foreman was knowledgable and easy to work with. The quality of work was excellent with regards to the deck and concrete work. Overall this was a very good experience. While the job took a little longer to complete than anticipated (no fault of theirs) I would highly recommend their services.

They are very special people, very friendly, very professional, very forthcoming, they want you to be happy and it shows from the begining of service to the end. I would hire them 10X over. MidSouth lead carpenter Joe did an outstanding job on our stairs. Jeff had my decks and dock stained by Michael, who also did an outstanding job. Overall Jeffâ crew was on time and completed this project on time.

I retained Jeff s company for a second project following an initial positive experience on another project. I found Jeff fairly responsive by e-mail, but his crew was on the job in a timely manner. His lead carpenter Joe has excellent skills. I am very particular about details but was very satisfied with the outcome of both projects. I found Jeff s fees to be fairly steep as compared to other lake area contractors, but if you want to work with a company which is reliable, trustworthy, timely and produces excellent work, I recommend you contact MidSouth.

Midsouth Renovations had previously completed roof repair on my house. Two weeks later another storm blew some of the shingles off the roof. Jeff stood behind his first job by repairing the second repair at no cost. Super customer service. Great guarantee.

9 years of black stains on concrete driveway and walkways to our dock are gone. Service was as stated, on time, and their follow-up with us was very good. Will use them again for this service and will not wait so many years.

Jeff did an outstanding job with our repairs. He responded quickly with a detailed proposal and while completing his due diligence noticed that our roof had hail damage, which we were unaware of. He worked hand-in-hand with our insurance company to replace the roof for the claim amount. We had the roof replaced, new gutter fascia, gutters and screens as well as siding repairs. All work was completed professionally, and faster than we expected. We were out of town during the entire process and he kept us informed via email and pictures of work completed so we were assured of the timing and quality of repairs completed.
