+ -1 moreBrady went above and beyond to get my situation resolved ASAP. He provided constant communication to me so I could communicate with my guests. Brady provided exceptional service at a very fair cost. I highly recommend him, and will always use him myself as long as he's in business.
Description of Work: The compressor in my outdoor condensing unit locked up. I rent my lake house on VRBO and had a house full of 10 guests on one of the hottest days in July. I had called another HVAC company that had done work for me before, but said it'd be several days before a new condensing unit would come in, because they didn't stock them. I found Brady, and he immediately inspected the unit and said he'd drive to Springfield, MO if he needed to in order to get one (2 hours away). Brady drove to Springfield to buy a new replacement unit and installed it that same day.

+ -1 moreBrady came to my home 3 different occasions doing various trouble shooting techniques as well as fixing each problem as it appeared. While this may seem time consuming ? A repair is pennies on the dollar compared to replacing my entire system (a suggestion by other HVAC tech's) Landsford Solutions may be the new kid on the block. But they have all my business from here forward. They are super high tech / trained in various degrees at Florida HVAC tech and they can provide you with their certifications. Ask them. They are top shelf technicians.
Description of Work: Landsford Solutions provided the least expensive repair possible to restore my HVAC system to perfect running condition not only short term but long term. Old fashion repair service perhaps but saved me $6,000 which was my quote to replace my entire system. Or another quote was $1500 to replace my coil. The coil did not need replaced. My system did not need replaced. It needed repaired. Like TV repairmen - they are out of style now. Throw the TV away and buy a new one. Not so with Landsford Solutions. While they are full service and fully capable of replacing your system. They will provide repair service which other choose not to provide. I will use Landsford Solutions for out two condos and our home. And will recommend them to all I know. Thanks. Buddy - at Lake of the Ozarks

+ -1 moreAWESOME!!! Brady found that the pan in my AC was clogged. He made a new drain for the unit and also did a complete service on the unit...charged it up, cleaned it, even wired it properly. There was a lot wrong. IT ONLY COST ME $200!! He saved me $5,800!! Unit runs great, no leaking. He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him. He really knows his stuff and is fair.
Description of Work: I just purchased a new home. The home inspector found no issues, however, when I took possession of the home, the AC unit was leaking all over my garage floor. When I contacted another Heating and cooling person, I was told that I needed a new unit for $6000. A friend told me about Lansford Solutions...so I thought I would get a second opinion by him.
