Description of Work: Replaced heat pump unit..heating and air conditioning. Scott went beyond just giving us a bid on replacing the 2 existing units. Was innovative throughout the whole process. Outstanding Trane dealer. We agree with the company's slogan...doing business the right way.

Description of Work: Replace heat pump

Description of Work: Air Conditioner went out. Called at noon, said a repairman would be out within an hour. Fixed the air conditioner, noted a new coil was needed, but repaired to get by till spring. 2 hours + cost of freon = $203.00. Office e-mailed a message the next day informing me the unit was not under warranty and the cost for the new coil would be $1450.

Description of Work: Our air conditioners did not work after purchasing our home. We had four companies give us estimates, but Cimfort Zone's made the most sense. They installed two heat pumps and added vents. There was one hitch in that they disconnected the drain to our water heater and forgot to put it back in the drain. Our basement flooded, but nothing was majorly damaged and they made it right after we proved their mistake. However, they worked fast and we have been happy overall.

Description of Work: we had been having some problems with our furnace we had serve other people come out and take a look at it they said the unit was working good but every other day i would wake up in a cold house so we called comfort zone there tech came out adjusted the flame on my burner, cleaned indoor and outdoor unit, and replaced two flame senors. The unit has been working ever since i would recommend comfort zone to anyone, very kind and courteous they took there shoes off when they came in my house and very knowledgeable about heating and cooling in the next few years we will be ready for a upgrade and we WILL be calling comfort zone.
