Calls were answered promptly and they called back when they said they would. Appointments for free estimate and actual work were kept and they were pleasant, professional and treated our home with care. I would recommend this company to family and friends without hesitation.

It was a rarity here at the lake. Bill returned phone calls when promised, his crew showed up on time on both occasions, were polite, worked fast, worked clean and the prices never varied from the extremely reasonable estimates.

Bill Smith himself is a very personable fella, unfortunately he does not do the work, oversee it, inspect it, or review finished jobs. Destroyed and broke two landscaping lights but just left them in a non-operative state and installing a light on a deck he attached the light to a 2 x 4 with half of the green exposed to the elements . In addition the conduit running from from the breaker box to the dock was attached in a place that broke the conduit . Also a safety blue light at the end of both outer dock edges were to be installed. Only one was on the Outer Edge and the other was left in the middle of the ceiling because it look like way too much work to proceed out to where it belong . Two out of three have been fixed . Very disappointed in my selection was because of Bill Smith, not his crew. His work was very subpar, although upon bringing to his attention, he would have it corrected. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Enough said. Bill might be the guy for installing a dishwasher or fixing a outlet that does not work, stay away from anything associated with outside work.

I called Bill for an estimate on March 9, 2107 and he did not come out to survey the dock for 3 to 4 weeks. He said he would prepare an estimate and send it to me via e-mail. I never received the estimate. I called Bill on May 22, 2107 and he said he would text the estimate to me. I received the estimate that same day. I told Bill the estimate looked good and agreed to the price. I asked Bill when he could compete the job and he said he could start in about 3 weeks. I called Bill on June 19, 2017 inquiring as to when the job would be started. He said he would check his schedule when he got back to the office and let me know. It is now June 26, 2017 and I still have not received a text, e-mail or phone call from Bill. I sent Bill a text and cancelled the job. I think I have been more than patient.

Bill responded promptly to my initial inquiry in 2013 and met with me to look over the dock and discuss the work. He followed up by sending me a clear description of the scope of work and the estimated costs. Because of other work we had going on at our lake property, we didn't get around to the dock work until spring of 2014. Once he got the go ahead from us, Bill was able to work us into his schedule and finished the work quickly. We paid the local fire district to perform a dock inspection, but they were heavily backlogged and it took them over 2 months to get the inspection done. The inspection resulted in a recommendation to install a ground wire in all outlets to the back of the box. This was in addition to the ground that already existed from the ground wire run in conduit, so seemed somewhat redundant. However, I spoke to Bill about it and although he was quite busy at the time with other work, he was able to fit this modification work into his schedule within a couple of days.

His crew showed up on time and was very professional and polite. I would recommend them for any electrical work.

He was prompt in getting us an estimate, and made several helpful suggestions. After we decided on a plan, he checked with the local electrical inspector to make sure what we were proposing to do was within current code. He started the work when he said he would, and stuck to the budgeted amount. We're very satisfied with the job.

Replaced the electrical service panel. Very prompt, finished job in record time, Cleaned up and left site in clean condition. I highly recommend this company

Bill was on time. He completed the projects quickly. He is very conscientious and will only do it the right way. No short cuts and fixed improper wiring in the breaker box from a prior person to meet code at no cost. He had the lowest bid for the project and I have not regretted using Electrical Solutions. I recommended Bill to Windsor Bay Condominiums to upgrade their electrical on their three docks. He had the lowest bid. Windsor Bay hired him and I think they are satisfied. I will hire him anytime I need electrical service.
