We have a 2 yr old kitchen, I turned on the stove this morning and the whole house electric blew out. I called and spoke with Bennett Electric (yes, a live person on the first try). The gentleman walked us through the possibilities and wah-lah!! Power back in house and on the stove, too. Thank you for answering the phone at 7:55am on a Saturday morning!! We will definitely call this company should we have future electrical needs, which we DO have an outdoor lighting project coming up soon!!

Both Matt and Josh were very gracious, knowledgeable and went to task.

Description of Work: This was a dock upgrade to properly ground the dock, ramp, swim ladders and stiff arm, place power shut off higher above ground and other minor corrections. The owner and an equally experienced employee appeared exactly when promised, before 8am and completed the project expeditiously, neatly and according to plan. We have owned property in the area for 20 years. It is gratifying to find an electrician who is reliable, capable, knowledgeable, prompt, AND reasonable.

They did a great job. The project went very well, they showed up on time, completed the job, clean up after themselves and checked with us, for questions, prior to leaving. I would use them again. On-time and exactly on budget.
Description of Work: Ran electrical from house to the dock. Lines had to be trenched and lines ran downhill to the dock.

It didn't go. He wouldn't come and he was very unprofessional and downright mean on the phone.
Description of Work: I tried to get a hold of him and left messages. He finally returned my call and was very rude. He said, "Why don't you have the guy who installed it fix it? I told him that I couldn't because he had left the area to work for another company. He actually told me "It wasn't wasn't worth his time,"

Sorry for your issues gut if you had hired us the first time it would've been done right as you can tell from the other reviews on this page . I've been at the lake for 25 years and strive to do top quality work no matter what job it is . I have used them for multiple projects and all have turned out very well. I have used them in the past for dock electrical and to add fans and lights to the house. They have added cable and water to my dock and set it up for video monitoring. Todd and the crew are always willing to help and even show up sometines on weekends if needed. They have done many favors for me when I could not get down to the lake house. I have been very comfortable with them in the house when we were out.
