A1 Handyman Services of the Lake

The electrician, Mark Marschke, was contacted last May by myself, my fiancé, and my mother. Mr. Marschke and his daughter met with my mother and fiancé in May of 2014. Mr. Marschke was given a tour of the our lake property at the Ozarks. We provided a list of items to be complete. We were told these items would be complete by August. As of today, the work has still not been complete. Mr. Marschke contacted us via email in December 2014 for the remainder of payment as he stated work was complete. We let Mr. Marschke know that the work hasn't been complete. We again provided the list of our original agreement to be done. I told Mr. Marschke to contact myself and another owner of the property, Chris Bolton. We haven't heard anything. We have tried calling him on numerous occasions. His mailbox is always full. We emailed as well. No work has been complete since this. In March of 2015, my mother and brother arrived at the lake house with an unauthorized vehicle blocking our driveway. They alerted the police. Three police vehicles promptly arrived. This was at 12am. The vehicle belonged to Mr. Marschke's son. He had been trespassing into our house. Only Mr. Marschke was given permission to be in the home. We had given him a key to use for this. Mr. Marschke's son fled from the police. A female was apprehended at the house. His son had been using the house at his lesure. We are seeking legal action with this occurance. We have all notes and emails on file with our agreements. We are dissatisfied with the services provided by Mr. Marschke and want a resolution as soon as possible. Pictures will be added at a later date.
