Rick called promptly the afternoon (Wednesday) that I submitted my search. He was able to stop by to scope the job on Friday. He walked me through the work needed, and we were able to make the service appointment for Monday. Despite a record snowfall on Sunday, Rick showed up as promised. The job involved installation of a new, satellite power panel on the other side of my basement, along with several new outlets for my workshop and one exterior outlet. Everything works great. The job was completed by late afternoon, and Rick walked me through all of the work he did and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company

A few challenges were encountered during the project, but solutions were created and the project completed.

I was very satisfied with their price and work. They went above and beyond my expectations as far as their quality and timeliness. My only advice for them would be to provide their customers with a written estimate. But other than that, they worked very well with me and I give them a high rating.

They were there within a half hour of what they said they would be. They did a great job and we were very satisfied with the job they did. We will call them again, and would recommend them to anyone. We called several companies before and they never responded. On thing I would recommend as other companies do would be to wear a shoe sock or cover into a residential house to protect carpets.

Rick was very professional and courteous. He did a great job. Anytime I called him and left a message, he promptly returned my phone calls, even on a Sunday. I would recommend Rick and will use him again should I ever need electrical services again.

Very professional and on-time. He gave my wife a lower cost alternartive versus padding his bill. I was very appreciative. Everything fixed and working fine.

Rick did an amazing job installing lighting in my kitchen and fixing some outlets. He was very kind and easy to work with. He gave me an honest estimate and assured me he could finish in one day. His price was about 1/3 of the estimates I received from other companies!! He may not be quite as professional as the other companies..ie he showed up a bit later than we agreed upon, he talked on the phone a bit while on the job, etc...but it wasn't a dealbreaker to me and you kind of have to expect some of that with him costing so much less. Bottomline: he did the job above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't have beaten the cost. Very Happy!

Mr. Davis is a true professional! He done an outstanding job the electrical contracting that I needed completed. He was very knowledgeable and AAA customer service!!! I highly recommend his services.

This is my first time using Service Magic. I needed an electrician and was given three names. They all seemed professional over the phone. But the main reason I chose RT Davis Electric is because he was considerably less in his hourly wage. Plus, a friend of mine had just used him and said great things about him. He was very professional, timely, courteous, educated and I felt like he had my needs in his best interest. He wasn't trying to oversell me on anything. The best part was when it came time to write the check. He was at my house for 1 1/2 hours and it still cost less than what the others were charging by the hour.

There was a hard to find switch that was needed and he found it quickly. He installed it quick and the the price was very reasonable.

We had problems getting a date to start work .He arrived late but worked steady after arrival, even running the ditch witch which added more hours to the job finish time and did not complain. Was courteous, reasonably priced, and did a good job.

I was assured it was really nothing to lose sleep over. The job was completed with details on what the problem was, a little preventive education and that's what I like.

Rick Davis performed the work at my house to upgrade my electrical Service Entrance to 200A. The work he did was very neatly and concienciously done. He stayed until 8:30PM to complete the project in one day and made sure my power was back on before the evening temps dropped. Very nice and trustworthy!!
