We always call Randy for any HVAC issues, and he always performs quality work in a timely manner. It was no different when our system needed replaced this spring. Randy and his team installed our new system in two days! We trust his work, and he always gives us a fair price. I would definitely recommend Randy for any heating/cooling issues!

Where do I start? Nightmare. Job started in February and the home warranty company did mess up and send the wrong style unit at first. But when the right unit showed it was a lengthy process. He got the a/c working I’m time for summer. However the secondary heat was not installed until the 7th of December. On this occasion he called and harassed my pregnant wife and cursing at her for us just wanting him to finish the job. On the 8th of December it was 50 deg in the House. The control board at the unit was popping the 3amp fuse due to a short in the wiring at the unit. Paid another company to fix the issue after buying a 60$ Thermostat that he said was bad and that was not the case. Paid 425$ my cost just to get the situation behind us. When trying to pay the man I was told I was on private property and I wasn’t allowed to videotape. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Although he did do the refil he was hard to reach and slow to respond. For a unknown reason he failed to return my call and after a week I left another message. He didn't respond to me but texted my wife and referred to her as beautiful lady. He then over many text made it clear that he disagreed with our marriage and wouldn't provide services . He went on to claim many things such as my wife's husband that died when they were married was a lier, along with several false and degrading things about my wife and I. He also discussed our finantial condition with facts that weren't at all correct. We both were very confused by what was being said and offered to discuss everything It ended with a rant to basically call me out to a confrontation. I believe Randy Mac may be seriously disturbed and although I wish him the best I believe his actions create a hazard for any customer wanting to use his services. So beware
