Months before we decided to move forward with a water softener we called Rodney to get information about how the system works and what our needs would be. He patiently walked us through the process and his recommendation. When we were ready to purchase, Paul visited the house and walked us through where and how everything would be installed. We also liked that there wasn't a long wait list for installation, we were able to schedule within a week. On installation day Paul and Rodney arrived on time, completed the install in just a couple hours and gave a quick orientation. I am confident that this company will support me with regards to service requirements in the future. I highly recommend their services!

The install was flawless. Rodney and Paul performed the install and the steps were explained as the installed was being performed. Both men are very professional and friendly, obviously well versed in the product installed. I had met previously with Rodney, as he surveyed the install site and I had spoke with Paul via phone, to get info. and set a date for the survey. All contacts have been very informative and helpful. I had never had a water softener system before, in my home, but with a recent move to a new residence, our family decided upon getting one. I have had a chance to taste the water, after the install, and must say that it is very good tasting, clean and satisfying. Their customer service has been outstanding and they offer delivery service if needed for salt. Excellent experience! Good people!

The job went very well! Paul and his son Rodney handled the sale of the water softener. They were very prompt to set an appointment with us, and he was very communicative about the different systems. They arrived the next day right on time for the installation, and were both very courteous and professional. They got the job done within about 90 minutes and they were sure to thoroughly show us how to operate the system. We are extremely happy with the work.

Paul and his son Rodney did an excellent job. We originally were going to have another company install one but due to their high pressure selling, we looked for another company and found Aqua Systems. Paul told us exactly what we needed and was honest on items we did not need. We liked the way they talked to us like family. I called, Paul came out tested our water and suggested the Smart Choice Gen II and we were so happy that it even cost less than the other company but would do the exact same thing. Also they could install one super fast, no waiting. Paul and Rodney answered all our questions. They took the time to explain how everything worked. We are so very pleased with their service and their friendliness. I highly recommend you have them come out and let you know what they can do for you. Very pleasant, timely and fair price.

Paul met with my husband and I the week before and tested our water. He explained their product and insisted we do our home work on other water softener systems. He wanted us to be truly happy with our final decision. We were ready to go with Paul's company right then. He had quoted us a price that was cheaper than what we spent on a Rainsoft system 22 yrs ago. Our history on this: 22 yrs ago a door to door salesman from Rainsoft had contacted my husband. He did his water test and sales pitch. I remember the water softening system being very expensive. The system we probably needed was more than I wanted to spend. They did set us up with a water softening system. But we now know it was inadequate for our needs. We spent $2500 on this system and they gave us a big supply of soap and cleaning products to go with it. The Rainsoft water softening system stopped working about 10 yrs later. At that point, my husband was frustrated with the cost of potassium. This is what was required ( instead of salt). I was frustrated with the maintenance and the inconvenience of Rainsoft being located in Cape Girardeau. So this time, I wanted to work with a local company. I logged into Angie's List, did a search, and Paul's company appeared. I read the reviews and checked out the website. I called the morning before Thanksgiving and Paul came out that afternoon. So at Paul's insistence I did do some more research. But my mind was already made up. The following week I called on Tuesday to make an appt to have a water softening systems installed. Paul's son, Rodney, came out on Friday and did the installation. He also was gracious about installing 3 shutoff valves for us so we could shut the water off to a bathroom to do repairs. He did charge us but it was very reasonable. Paul and Rodney are very accommodating. They both explained we could get salt from Walmart, Lowe's, etc. Or we can get the salt from them. And for a few extra bucks per bag they will deliver the salt to your home. The cost of the salt is very inexpensive (delivered or not) compared to the potassium we had to buy for the Rainsoft system. I highly recommend talking to Paul or Rodney at Aqua Systems of Sullivan if you!re looking for a water softener system for your home.

Relatively inexpensive water delivery - on schedule as promised with very little input or hassle. I receive 1 email a month with next local delivery date. I reply with how many bottles I would like delivered. They show up, leave product, I pay bill roughly 2 weeks later, repeat in 30 days. Very easy to work with. No issues. I would recommend.

Paul is one of the most professional, friendly, courteous service providers you will ever meet. He was exactly on time, and he completed the work efficiently. He also spoke with me to make sure all of my water related needs were properly taken care of. In addition, he let me know when the next service would be due for completion. Paul always offers to answer any questions you may have, and his follow up is impeccable. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
