Rough in was Ok. Plumber forgot that we wanted a water softener. One of our faucets outside is soft water due to this error. Plumber said we should have a continuous loop for hot water. I repeatedly asked on the price, he said it would be minimal. It was $200. Plumber charged extra for hot water heater line and gas fireplace line. These items were identified in the bid and the we also reduced the requirement by having onefurnance and not two and not having a washer dryer on another floor. No credit given for the reductions. Had a LP gas leak when we moved in. Son had headaches and bloody noses. Had a major flood due to faucet in the shower put on but no quality control to assure it was operating correctly. Plumber charged very high price if he had to come back even though he lives just down the road. Job was not completed as specified, plumber did not reimburse us for damages caused by his failure to properly inspect appliances due to installation. Plumber did not service hot water heater after it was installed and not functioning properly. He required us to work with the manufacturer and said he had nothing to do with them after install. Overall, charged very high for any change, did not stand behind work, and no credit for less work being done
