Mr. Messina a licensed master plumber, first and foremost, a professional. The company I use as home warranty service sent him. It was for replacement of water heater that was showing signs abnormal pressure still under warranty. Safety was he first concern and after viewing photos of water heater definitely knew it wasn't normal... city utilities did shut the water heater/gas off . During the process of getting the replacement water heater Mr. Messina made sure to let me know steps along the way. All this being said, permits pulled , water heater arrived, was installed ,inspection set, once again a home with hot water. Certainly was blessed to have Mr. Messina as the plumber for the replacement water heater which now has an expansion tank. He knows his business, is honest , doesn't overcharge, he does things right ! Oh, he was fine with calling him Joe! Thank you, Mr. Joe Messina !

We were pleased that Joe was able to find the problems quickly and offer insight on how we could gets the repairs we needed and save money. He also found a leak that another plumber missed and was able to make a repair without having to tear the wall out. He was professional, pleasant and did excellent work for us. Would highly recommend him for plumbing problems and have already made plans to have him back in the fall to service our HVAC system, along with a few other items. Very talented with a wide range of expertise.

Joe was very professional and did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and it's obvious that he genuinely cares about his customers. The cast iron pipe under the toilet was leaking in the crawlspace in my 50 year old home. He opted to take that pipe out and replace it with PVC. I can't leave a review in regard to cost, as the work he did was contracted through my home warranty company.

He was very curtious, arrived 10 mins early, and took the time to answer questions about my plumbing and sewer drain issues.

Was very easy to work with. was able to fit the repair in the same day I call. Did so well I had him come back and install the garden hose hookups.

The problem was assessed quickly and repaired within the hour. Mr. Messina was very friendly and happy to explain everything that needed to be done. I was happy to know the repair was better than the original work because of superior materials.

Excellent from beginning to end. Mr. Messina who is also the companies owner is a Master Plumber. His explanation of the process was explained thoroughly. He did exactly what he explained needed to be done. Very professional and timely. As issues arose, he addressed every issue with no mention of billing out for more money.
