Good bid but very hard to contact

My husband and I needed our kitchen floor fixed. We called on a Monday evening and they were at our house the next morning. They were professional and courteous. They knew exactly how to fix the floor. The price they quoted us was the final price. They did an excellent job! Would highly recommend them.

When I called for an estimate the owner came over a couple of hours later and gave me an estimate on the spot. He tested the moisture level in our floor and determined he would not be able to lay the floor until we ran a dehumidifier in the house for a few days. He even offered us his own dehumidifier but we declined and got our own. We ran the dehumidifier for about 5 days and he and his son came over on the agreed upon day and were on time. They retested the moisture level and went ahead and did the work. We had our own hard wood flooring that we had already bought and they got right to work. They completed our living room floor and hallway in one day. They worked the whole time and only took a break for lunch. We will be having them come back out to refinish the hardwood floor in our dining room. We wanted them to lay new hard wood in our dining room but he told us it would be cheaper to refinish what we already had. Based on the quality of the job he did in our living room, I believe him when he says he can make it look like new. Very happy with this company.

The work was completed in four days. The only "off" thing was they were able to come a week early!!
