Description of Work: Very bad communication, did not inform of any changes, did not provide option to up grade. Was a custom build but we did not get give our input on several important options. House has unfinished basement which we wanted to finish but we were not given an option to upgrade the size of heat and air system, nor the electrical so now we have to include the cost of going back and redoing which is a big expense. Yard was not correctly designed to drain well and was not leveled out, again had to indure more expense on dirt, equipment, and seeding. Driveway concrete broke on entrance and cracked in middle of driveway, have asked to have fixed and absolutely no communication from contractor to have it fixed. Cleaning person only worked on some of the windows then wiped everything with same cloth, never showed up to finish. Very poor communication, professionalism, and quality.
