Description of Work: We have used Craig several times to assist us with our computers. We are non-techy people and appreciate his expertise and his willingness to assist us. He is very responsive and is able to explain things in a way that we can understand. We recently asked him to help us in picking out a new computer for our grandson who is graduating from college and he made us feel comfortable that we were making the right choice.
