Description of Work: Overall results were good and owners very responsive to any issues. The crews though would show up, work a few hours, and then disappear for days. What should have been a 2 day job spread out over several weeks due to variety of reasons. It was an outside job, so this wasn't near as big a deal had the inside of the house been tore up.

This is the third time I have used St. Charles Home Improvements and I will continue to do so. There was a hail storm producing golf ball sized hail at my home and left big dibits all over my roof and gutters. Matt was at my house the next day to assess the damage. He contacted my insurance company and set up a time to come back out to my house and meet with the assessor and actually went through all of the damage with him and acted on my behalf. He got me the most money possible from my insurance company and then replaced the shingles and gutters within a week of the storm. The roof and gutters look amazing and I could not have asked for a better outcome or finished product. He then faxed in all of the paperwork to my insurance company so that I would receive an additional check for making the repairs. I really didn't have to do anything at all, Matt took care of everything! He has also done work for my father and brother as well and they could not be happier with his service. I highly recommend Matt and his crew at St. Charles Home Improvements.
