John did a great job on our WH installation. We needed a larger unit, 75 gal, and he handled the job with professionalism. He always responded with communications and was courteous. Had a couple of things needing follow-up on the job but he stuck with it and kept me in the loop. Would highly recommend.

Would Recommend Shelton Plumbing to anyone looking for someone to work with that makes the process super easy. After having a different local coming to my house for an estimate I spent $200 for their dispatch fee and evaluation just for them to tell me I needed a new water heater but that it would be 2 weeks before they could install it for a pretty penny. I requested a quote from Shelton plumbing on Angis and he called me within 10 minutes and was at my house the next morning at 8:30am installing my new water heater at a much better price. I’m so thankful for his service and easy going attitude. They had everything done within an hour and cleaned up everything and hauled away the old water heater. Thank you guys so much!

I have hired Shelton Pluming a couple times. I am very pleased with their response time, quality of the work and value of the service.

I got it all started with a second-floor shower leak. John Shelton came to see the work and give me a bid. Once they started working, I realized they were capable of taking care of several other outstanding projects I had on my house. A back storm door was ripped off in a storm in 2020 and they replaced it for me. Then the side access door to my garage was replaced because the old one was rotting out and not secure. I also found it one morning. My water heater was leaking and they were able to fix it. I took care of it in three hours, so I never had a flood in my basement. Every craftsman who came into work in my house was clean, polite, and knowledgeable. I have never had a crew be conscientious about making sure they policed the area and took away all of the screws and nails and things so my animals were OK.

John & his team have come to the rescue of my family on more than one occasion when it comes to plumbing issues. In addition, Iâ m am a local realtor and refer Shelton Plumbing to my clients without hesitation because I know they will exceed expectations. John & his Team are knowledgeable, prompt, skilled and competitively priced. Excellent customer service and value. Iâ m a client for life!
