Terrible. I was assigned this company by my warranty company, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the technician was not prepared when he showed up, did not even have his own ladder, and it only snowballed from there. The technician was very disrespectful to us, and the supervisor was the same way. I would never recommend this company and hope this review helps others from making this mistake. If your warranty company assigns them to you, do everything in your power to get a different technician and company assigned to the job.

Called NPM at 6pm because our furnace was leaking water from the bottom and the AC wasn't blowing cold air. Andrew the owner came out because a tech wasn't available, which showed a strong commitment to their customers. He was great at explaining and walking us through every step. Typically highly reviewed or top companies cost more, NPM was really affordable and overall the price was great for a 9pm service call. Highly recommend NPM and will use them again.

They did fine. I don't have anything bad to say about them. I got them with a discount. I probably would not use them in the future.

After dealing with 2 other companies that my home warranty company dispatched for this problem(that did absolutely nothing), NPM was a breath of fresh air! Ben arrived as scheduled and then assessed the problem with the fan. He then went out and got all his tools along with his ladder (the other company's technician never took out one tool or ladder). He went into the attic and crawled over to my fan. He discovered that there was a tiny piece that was sticking which was causing the ticking noise. He corrected that and then went into the bathroom and took the cover off fan because the unit was loose in the housing. He tightened the screws for that and I haven't heard any noises from the fan since - job well done!! Thank you Ben!

I received a call first thing in the morning and they came by that afternoon. There was a wire that caused it to short out, the tech fixed it right away and made sure it wouldn't happen again. Very friendly, very responsive and also gave me tips on how to save on my energy bills. I had a great experience with this company.

We contacted NPM to fix our air conditioner. A very nice gentleman came out to fix the unit. He charged us for a new air filter and a "recharge" of the coolant. I understood that coolant doesn't leak unless there are issues with the system but he assured me that its normal for the system to need recharged. He also charged us for cleaning the dirt out of the outside unit. We were happy with this service. A couple hours after he left the outside unit began making a load grinding noise that it had never made before. I contact NPM and told them what had happened. The gentleman on the phone told me that they could come out and see what the issue was but that they would have to charge me for another service call. I attempted to explain that the noise had only occurred since his tech took apart the unit and put it back together. He told me too bad, if I want them to look at it they will be a new service call charge.

we were supposed to have a tech come out and service our AC Unit. My first conversation with the technician he told me that our AC wasn't working because our air filter was dirty even after I told him it was changed 1 month ago. He told me to change the air filter and call in the morning. After numerous phone calls back and forth with the tech we scheduled a time between 1 and 4 on a Monday. From the beginning of the process the tech was unprofessional and rude on the phone. He even began cussing when I called him back and said he was having a bad day. He said he would call me back in 20 minutes to schedule an appointment. 3 hours went by and I finally had to call him back again. Finally got scheduled and then he no-showed on Monday. When I called him to check where he was he said that our warranty company cancelled the appointment. I called the warranty company and they said they sent NPM a new dispatch order and nothing was ever cancelled. I would never use this company! I am sure they do excellent work, but the customer service and technician were so horrible I am using a different company and gladly taking my business and money somewhere else. Horrible, horrible experience.

They called back in a timely manner. They were efficient and on time. They did a good job. I will make sure I use them in the future.

We had our AC go out after the tornado last month. Andrew, the owner was fantastic to work with. He walked us through exaclty what was wrong and advized us on how to handle making sure everything was covered by insurance. This is a local company and I could think of no reason not to support a guy that just made the gutsy call to go out on his own and start his own business. Also we got bids from some of the other places and Andrew was even cheaper. Keep your money local and give this guy your business.

We called NPM to have our Air Conditioner looked at because it was leaking water. Andrew (owner) checked it out thoroughly and found we were low on Freon. He thought the coils were froze up and that the ice was blocking the drain, so that was why we were having the leak. The next day the leak reoccurred. We had to have the coils and drain pan replaced. Andrew ordered the parts and came to replace it at our first convenience. Andrew and his staff are professional and take the time to explain what they are doing or looking for.

A couple of years ago this company installed my tankless water heater and I really liked the owners Andy's professionalism. We were having problems with the water heater and Andy sent some of his workers out to fix the problem right away. I referred this company to a friend of mine because of the great experience I had, she used them and they were even able to do a couple of other things around her house that was in the scope of their work.

They were absolutely wonderful. They had previously come 3 or 4 times for repairs on the old furnace and only charged me once. The other times they did it for free. They were here for 2 days to do the installation. The new system is very energy efficient. I shopped around and got a very good price. They were very punctual and organized in terms of scheduling. They were here when they said. They were very professional in their explanations about the heating systems. I had a lot of questions and they very patiently answered all my questions. They gave me a lot of options to choose from. They are a totally reliable company. They cleaned up everything and they were very professional. They came when they said. The owner even called and came back a week later to check to see if everything was okay. They wouldn't take any money until I had the system running for a whole week and was satisfied.

First the owner of NPM Heating and Cooling (Andrew) came by and spent nearly two hours in my home doing a thorough inspection of the furnace for carbon monoxide leaks, etc. He ran the furnace for awhile and checked all areas of the home with a hand-held carbon monoxide detector as well as other tests on the furnace itself. He found 0% evidence of carbon monoxide and the furnace was functional when he left. However, since my home had no carbon monoxide detectors installed, Andrew cautioned me to make sure and install some before using the furnace. A week or so later after I had installed the detectors, the furnace began to make a loud noise. So I called Andrew back and after our conversation he felt there was a good chance that the blower motor was going out. Since I know I'll be replacing the entire HVAC system within the year, I hated investing much into the old furnace, but needed to buy time. Within a week, one of the NPM technicians was here and completed the repair with a used blower motor at less than half the cost of a new one. He was also in my home for nearly two hours and the total cost for all this service was $190. The furnace and AC in my home are so old (installed in 1988) that I'm actually fortunate that they have lasted this long. I do plan to have the entire HVAC systems replaced within the year, and NPM will do that job. The efficient and reasonably priced repairs were a godsend, as I needed some time right now to gather up the funds to invest in replacing the HVAC systems. Very professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate their honesty. They told me the truth after other contractors did not. A+ NPM is VERY highly recommended!
