Description of Work: The company representative performed a complete inspection of the old roof and discussed his findings with me. He made suggestions to improve the durability of the roof as outlined by the manufacturer of the shingles. He provided me with several different options for roofing materials explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. No pressure was felt by me to choose one over the other. I felt confident in accepting the company's bid. Everything went exactly as promised by the company representative. I have received several compliments from neighbor's following the installation as to how the roof looked and the professionalism of the employees on the job. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: These people were super-professional, very trustworthy, and excellent to work with. They took the time to educate us on what was needed, and were very straightforward. They also didn't push un-needed options on us, but instead helped us budget and plan for future items that might need work eventually. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Needed a valley repair but other issues popped up so I asked for a full roof re-shingle. We had some weather problems on the day they were to start. Snow, cold and ice but they kept me informed with a new start date. They arrived as promised. They kept me informed through the whole process. Clean up was good after the job and I even got my gutters cleaned in the bargain. I would use them again simply for their professionalism and courtesy. Thanks for a great job guys!

Description of Work: This provider doe not do flat roofs, so I will not be using them. But they did respond promptly to my original request and did not leave me hanging. And they also recommended a firm that does to flat roofs. That is professionalism!

Description of Work: They replaced a full roof on my house.It went really well, they were very nice and courtesy, very professional, they were prompt, the workers were friendly and compassionate to your every need. Oh yea when I needed to go to their office for something the receptionist would welcome me with my name on the board when you enter the office, I thought that was so neat !!!

Description of Work: Cleaned attic space of wet/dirty insulation: | |Due to raccoons having created openings under the roofline and into the attic space this past winter and a driving snowstorm that dumped piles of snow through those openings onto said insulation, Bone Dry Roofing came to our home, looked at the area and presented us with an estimate for cleaning up the old insulation and replacing it with new (better) insulation. They were on time! They were very resourceful. We have a three story house and they were not able to use the normal method of extraction (through a hose) for the old insulation so they had to hand remove it all. Even though they had to take this from third to first floor and out the door, they did not make a mess and were respectful of our property. The price was exactly as quoted and the work was done on time!

We took estimate s from 2 additional roofing companies and Bone Dry was easily the most responsive and helpful. They handled all of the paperwork with our insurance company. The job was done with quality and completed on time.

Description of Work: I had my home and garage roof replaced by Bone Dry Roofing. Ron Russellburg was extremely professional and thorough and provided excellent customer service in obtaining the estimate and arrangement services. Richie was the Site Lead and he was also extremely professional and demonstrated great leadership throughout the duration of the project. I would definitely recommend Bone Dry Roofing!

Description of Work: Bone Dry replaced the shingles on my mansard roof along with installing ice and water shield as well as correcting the flashing around the house. They did a great job and I will use them again if I need roof work done.
