Description of Work: We had been having heavy rain, and a previous roof repair was not working out. I called bone dry roofing, and the first thing that they asked me was whether I needed an emergency repair. I really appreciated that consideration, and I took them up on it. They came out the same day and performed the emergency repair to keep any further water from damaging my kitchen ceiling. They bid a job for the complete repair, and I thought the cost was very reasonable and their response time was very fast.

Description of Work: Very snotty response to my phone call. "We don't do work in YOUR area." Offered no help in finding a roofing company that does serve the Imperial area. We are having $12K I repairs from another company.

Description of Work: Replacement of flashing on two chimneys. One began leaking after they did the work. I had to push hard to get the manager to understand and accept that it should not leak after they do the work (the chimney in question was the reason I had them come out at all. It had a very small dribbling leak that you barely could notice, but after the job it was leaking a stream of water that required constant towels on the floor - it was much worse than before they came). Reluctantly they came out and supposedly straightened out the problem. It did not work, it was not better than before, once again. Rather than be pushed around by them again, I went on the roof and tarred the heck out of the flashing myself. These guys were not professional at ALL in the way they responded to a service issue. The manager was extremely immature, and would much rather have buried the problem then responded. Then, in the end, it wasn't even fixed correctly. Very frustrating.

Description of Work: I purchased the vouchers because I need to add attic insulation. The company was quick to schedule an estimate with me. However they are way off on the square feet when they first quoted the price. My attic is about 400 square feet but he told me it's 900 sq ft. After I pointed out the error. He 'remeasured' and told me its actually 580 sq ft. Their quoted price is extremely high. To bring a 400 sq ft attic from R7 to R49 his quoted price is $1125. Two other companies (both are also from Angie's list) estimated the same job at $650 and $475, respectively.

Description of Work: Very professional from start to finish. They were cutting edge on their products and installation techniques and their price was fair. The product I selected was not even known to the other company I talked to. One of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.
