Description of Work: I reached out to get a quote on a flat roofing project. When I reached out, there was a delay in getting back to me. Even thought I let them know exactly what type of project that I needed a bid on, they didn't read my message and the service I was requesting a bid on, they did not provide the service. A waste of a week and a half.

Description of Work: I had a large tree limb break through the back of my roof. They sent someone out quickly for an estimate, he even helped to secure the area better than we had it so it wouldnt leak til it was fixed. They made sure it was done well and even did a follow up after to make sure it was satisfactory. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Came out for a quote on insulation. Provided quote for insulation and addition of vents in the attic. Chose installation only. Was told I'd get a 10% discount if the work was done in March, but after work was completed the discount was not included in the invoice. The installer called the office and got the discount applied to the final bill. Good work and they cleaned up very well.

I CONTACTED THE ST. LOUIS REP. RON RUSSELBURG TO GET AN ESTIMATE. HE KEPT THE APPOINTMENT ON TIME. HE DID AN EXTENSIVE INSPECTION TO DETERMINE THE REASON FOR MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT THAT THE ROOF WAS LEAKING INTO ONE OF THE BEDROOMS. HE WALKED THE ROOF TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF THE ENTIRE ROOF. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND HOW PLEASENT HE WAS. HE WAS NEVER PUSHY. IN A FEW DAYS HE RETURNED WITH AN ESTIMATE ON FIXING JUST THE PORTION OF THE ROOF THAT WAS DETERMIND TO BE THE PROBLEM, HE LET US KNOW THAT THERE WERE OTHER PARTS OF THE ROOF THAT WERE IN BAD SHAPE AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE ON REPLACING THE WHOLE ROOF. WE CALLED 2 OTHER COMPANIES AND GOT ESTIMATES FROM THEM. THE PRICE THAT BONE DRY GAVE US WAS REASONABLE SO WE DECIEDED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE ROOF. ANOTHER DECIEDING FACTOR WAS THE COMPANIES STANDING VERY GOOD STANDING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, WE SET UP A DATE, WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE OF WEATHER PROBLEMS BUT FINALLY THE WORK WAS COMPLETED JUNE 5, 2009. THE ROOF LOOKS GREAT. THE MEN WHO WORKED ON THE PROJECT WERE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DID AND COMPLETED THE PROJECT HOURS BEFORE RON'S ORIGINAL ESTIMATE AS TO HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. ALL IN ALL WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH BONE DRY'S WORK AND PEOPLE.
